Job Title: Sustainability Program Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and data-driven individual to support our sustainability initiatives. This role will play a critical part in helping us meet our environmental goals, comply with regulatory requirements, and drive long-term value through responsible business practices.

Key Responsibilities
  • Data Management and Analysis: Collect, analyze, and interpret sustainability-related data (e.g., greenhouse gas emissions, energy use, waste, water, supply chain metrics). Optimise processes to drive efficiency in collection and collation of sustainability data points and support audit requirements.
  • Sustainability Programme Support: Assist in implementing and tracking sustainability initiatives such as energy efficiency upgrades, waste reduction programs, and sustainable sourcing.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Clear communicator with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Analytical approach to problem-solving using data and logic to guide decisions.
  • Strong data management skills with experience in data analysis tools such as Excel, Power BI, and SQL.
  • Possession of a Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
  • 2 years of experience in data analysis-related roles.
