This role is ideal for a creative marketer who seeks to break the mould on customer experience. You'll be entering the business at a pivotal time, partnering with Endeavour Drinks Group, with tremendous growth ambitions.

About the Opportunity

This key role within Shorty's will suit an innovative marketing professional with proven experience in Digital Marketing, Brand Marketing, and eCommerce.

You will report directly to the Head of Marketing & Gifting, leading brand custodianship, trade plans, and digital campaign implementation to achieve sales and acquisition targets.

Manage annual rolling trade plans across four key brands, implementing strategies and changes for success. Coordinate content, enrich products, and ensure accurate ranges and ideal online experiences for shoppers.

About You

You will have experience working in digital and pure marketing roles (at least 3 years). Be self-driven, curious, and comfortable operating in an agile environment with minimal guidance.

Accountability and attention to detail are critical. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential for collaborating within an authentic culture.

Hands-on experience with strategic thinking, graphic design tools, and Google Analytics is preferred.
