Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Market Research Field Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member, you will be responsible for conducting face-to-face interviews with individuals across the region.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, using tablets to record data and striving to achieve assigned quotas during your shift. You will work collaboratively with a small team to deliver high-quality data and maintain data integrity.

Responsibilities

  • Conduct face-to-face interviews with respondents in outdoor environments for various shift lengths.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to deliver high-quality data and maintain data integrity.
  • Adapt to dynamic environments and ensure punctuality and professional presentation at all times.

Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills with respondents, stakeholders, and the team.
  • Ability to understand and follow correct procedures with minimal errors.
  • Experience in market research is highly regarded but not essential.

  • Above award hourly rates plus allowances.
  • Paid travel time/expenses as per AMSRO agreement.
