Job Description

As a seasoned Project Manager, you will lead the operational delivery of complex logistics projects. This role oversees field execution, team performance, and end-to-end operational planning for high-profile movements in various sectors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing project plans to ensure safe, compliant, and cost-effective delivery of logistics operations.
  • Managing and mentoring operational staff across multiple locations.
  • Planning and allocating resources for port/site execution, ensuring efficient and timely project completion.
  • Acting as the primary escalation point for operational risks, safety issues, and service delays.
  • Collaborating with commercial and business development teams on solution design, feasibility, and methodology planning.
Required Skills & Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • Deep experience managing international logistics projects and leading operational teams.
  • Tertiary qualification in Logistics, Engineering, or Supply Chain Management.
  • Solid experience in project logistics execution, including port/site operations.
  • Experience managing field or operational teams.
  • Strong understanding of heavy-lift, oversized, and multimodal cargo handling.
  • Sound working knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations and standards.
