The Nurse Led ClinicThe Nurse Led Clinic is a walk-in clinic providing care for adults and children (2 years) presenting with a range of health issues, including but not limited to:
- Colds and influenza
- Minor cuts and burns
- Minor infections and wounds
The aim of the Nurse Led Clinic is to improve access to healthcare and improve long-term health outcomes through assessment and referral for early intervention and treatment, and the management of non-life-threatening minor injuries and illnesses.
Key Responsibilities- Provide quality urgent, same-day healthcare services for minor injuries and illnesses
- Provide person-centred, efficient patient care underpinned by evidence-based practices
- Support local primary care services to meet the demands of the community
- Empower patients on their personal health journey
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Authority (AHPRA)
- Current annual practicing certificate
- Previous experience working in an emergency care, minor injury or illness clinic, or community settings, paediatrics, or child health, or as an autonomous practitioner
- Total remuneration value of up to $164,212 p.a.
- Hourly rate between $72.58 p.h.
- 12.75% employer superannuation contribution
