Senior Aged Care Clinical Lead

Mclean Care is a respected provider of aged care services in rural NSW. We are seeking a highly experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Lead. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing clinical leadership and guidance to our nursing team, ensuring the highest level of care for our residents. You will be based in one of our rural facilities, where you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our residents.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to our nursing team
- Ensure the highest level of care is provided to our residents
- Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures
- Conduct regular audits and quality reviews
Requirements:
- Current AHPRA registration
- Proven clinical knowledge of aged-related health issues
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Empathetic outlook with the ability to relate and converse with older people
- A collaborative leadership style
- Proven experience leading staff
