Commercial Litigation Role

We are seeking an experienced Associate to join our thriving national law firm.

The Opportunity:

  • Work on a wide range of commercial litigation matters, including commercial and corporate disputes, insolvency, property disputes, intellectual property disputes, building and construction disputes, commercial insurance/professional liability, and regulatory matters.
  • Develop your skills as a commercial litigator in a highly respected and established practice, with opportunities to work on complex and high-profile cases.
  • Enjoy autonomy and client contact appropriate to your level of experience and ability, with opportunities to build relationships with clients and contribute to the growth of the firm.

Key Capabilities:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • 2-5 years post-qualification experience (PAE) in a high-quality firm.
  • Very strong technical credentials and ability, with excellent written communication skills and the ability to write complex and technical advice.
  • Outstanding litigation and dispute resolution experience, including commercial and corporate disputes, insolvency, property disputes, intellectual property disputes, building and construction disputes, commercial insurance/professional liability, and regulatory matters.
  • The ability to quickly assimilate new information and problem-solve complex legal issues.
