We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead our community development initiatives, fostering meaningful partnerships and driving positive social change.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance community engagement and participation.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to build strong relationships and identify opportunities for collaboration.
  • Leverage project management expertise to deliver impactful projects and programs.
  • Contribute to grant applications and tender submissions to secure funding and resources.
Requirements
  • Around five years' experience in developing and implementing community development programs.
  • Strong project management skills, including design, development, implementation, and coordination.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of the social enterprise sector and its potential for growth.
  • Experience working in the social or community housing industry is highly regarded.
  • A proven ability to build strategic partnerships with external organisations.
  • A deep commitment to addressing social issues and improving community outcomes.
  • A current driver's licence is required.
