An exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team in Melbourne's CBD. In this role, you'll play a crucial part in supporting the Partner and National Head of Health, Safety, and Security to implement ISO-compliant management systems and practices to mitigate business risks to Knight Frank Australia.
Key responsibilities:
- Implementing HSE procedures and guidelines across the company
- Assisting with client WHS audits
- Completing ISO/HSE audits
- Conducting risk assessments
- Creating HSE-related policies and procedures
- Monitoring AMS incident reports
- Supporting Resolve GRC software application configuration
- Creating health and safety alerts
- Cert IV in Work Health and Safety (Diploma desirable)
- Knowledge of National Work Health and Safety legislation
- Understanding of operational delivery of Work Health and Safety systems
- ISO 45001 Lead Auditor desirable
- Practical experience in training and assessment
- Knowledge of HSE software applications
