Senior Regulatory Officer - Regulation Specialist

Job Title: Senior Regulatory Officer. Role Overview:

We are seeking two experienced and qualified Senior Regulatory Officers to join our team in Brisbane, Queensland.

The role involves working with leading experts in protective measures and crime prevention strategies to contribute to the team's targeted response work.

This includes assessing notifications, complaints, and intelligence about matters involving allegations of sexual misconduct, working with external authorities and stakeholders to identify risks of harm to children, and investigating allegations of sexual misconduct and suspected non-compliance with legislation administered by the regulatory body.

The role also involves producing high-level documentation, providing advice and support to other regulatory staff, and contributing to internal reviews of investigations and enforcement actions.

To be successful in this role, you will have experience and qualifications as an investigator, ability to assess and address risk, collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, and understand administrative law principles and complex legislation.
