We are seeking a dedicated Musical Education Instructor to join our team.

**Job Description:**

In this role, you will be responsible for teaching students using our interactive _'The ONE Smart Piano' program._ You will also instruct students on music theory, technique, and performance skills, as well as teach music reading and sight-reading skills. Additionally, you will evaluate student progress and provide feedback and constructive criticism, maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and lesson plans, and communicate with parents and guardians regarding student progress and lesson plans.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Relevant Music Certification (Grade 5 - Piano minimum)
  • A friendly manner, with the ability to enjoy working with children and confidently liaising with parents
  • Classroom management skills, with the ability to manage group lessons (up to 4)
  • Responsibility, punctuality, and commitment to assigned tasks
  • The willingness to work flexible hours, especially Fridays and Saturdays
  • A Working with Children Check
