The opportunity We're seeking an Associate / Senior Associate to join our highly regarded Brisbane Litigation team.
Working as part of a close-knit subteam of six and reporting directly to Partner Warren Jiear, you'll be exposed to some complex and commercially significant disputes.
The practice spans a broad range of industries and is ideal for someone who enjoys stepping outside the bounds of standard, process-driven litigation.
To succeed in this role, ideally, you'll have 3-7 years' PAE in litigation, with experience across commercial disputes and insolvency; strategic and critical thinking capability due to engaging in complex disputes; comfort navigating unstructured files, with a strong analytical mindset and problem-solving approach; desire to work on commercial litigation and insolvency matters, often without a clear precedent; appetite to mentor our junior cohort What we offer Unrivalled career pathways: Our unique meritocracy model proudly offers our staff career development, promoting talent based solely on merit.
