  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area at all times.
  • Provide exceptional administration services with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ensure office presentation by keeping bathrooms, kitchens, and storage areas neat and tidy.
  • Order, receive, stock, and distribute office supplies effectively.
  • Coordinate mail and courier services efficiently.
  • Support teams with general typing, data entry, filing, and other tasks as required.
  • Collate travel requisitions and assist with marketing, communications, and event-related tasks.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in customer service, reception, or switchboard environments.
  • Strong customer focus and commitment to delivering exceptional service.
  • Effective verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Demonstrated written communication, numeracy skills, time management, and attention to detail.
  • Self-motivation, organization, and ability to manage competing priorities.
