Retail Customer Service Representative

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide excellent customer service and advice on domestic and international shipping options.
  • Pack, invoice, and dispatch parcels and freight ranging from small packages to large artwork and heavy goods.
  • Conduct local pickups and deliveries using a company vehicle.
  • Track and resolve delivery issues in a timely manner.

To be successful in this role, you must possess:

  • A valid and current driver's license.
  • Superior customer relations skills with a proven track record.
  • Proficiency in using point of sale computer systems and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Sales and conversion skills are highly desirable.
  • The ability to think quickly, solve problems, and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Physical stamina with a positive attitude and high energy levels.
  • A results-driven mindset with a focus on success.

This is a full-time, permanent position requiring a 40-hour workweek. Monday to Friday shifts are standard, with no weekend work expected.
