About This Role- Lead and manage pharmacy operations and team performance
- Provide clinical oversight and ensure safe, effective medication management
- Support and mentor a team of pharmacists and technicians
- Collaborate with on-site oncologists, nurses, and allied health professionals
- Oversee compliance with regulatory and quality standards
- Drive innovation and continuous improvement in pharmacy services
You are a confident, experienced pharmacist with proven leadership capabilities. Relevant experience in oncology, clinical trials, and compounding is highly valued but not mandatory as full training will be provided.
