
Nurse - Medical Intensive Care Specialist

As a Registered Nurse in our MICU, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to critically ill patients. You will work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient.
Responsibilities include:
- Assessing and prioritizing patient needs, developing and implementing effective care plans;
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians;
- Providing emotional support and education to patients and their families;
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery;
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in medical ICU settings;
- Current BCLS, ACLS, NIHSS, and AHA certifications;
- Proficiency in IV start, telemetry, and ventilator management;
- Experience with EPIC documentation system preferred;
