Main Responsibilities:
  • Determine beverage preferences, make recommendations, and take drink orders from customers
  • Plan and inform customers about new beverages and specials
  • Take inventory and order supplies to keep the bar and tables stocked
  • Follow all food safety and quality regulations
  • Handle cash, credit, and debit card transactions, ensuring charge accuracy and returning correct change to customers
  • Keep the work and dining areas clean by picking up trash, cleaning tables, and washing glasses, utensils, and equipment
