Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and charismatic Master Mixologist to join our team. As a key member of our service staff, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional beverages that exceed our guests' expectations.

Your primary focus will be on providing an outstanding customer experience, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and valued throughout their visit.

You will work closely with our kitchen team to deliver a seamless dining experience, serving drinks and food in a timely and efficient manner.

In addition to your technical skills, you will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build strong relationships with colleagues and customers alike.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a bartender or mixologist in a high-volume establishment.
  • Excellent knowledge of spirits, beers, wines, and cocktails, including classic and modern recipes.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative setting.
  • A valid RSA (Responsible Service of Alcohol) certification.
