Key Responsibilities- Provide technical direction, oversight, and management of both engineering and design projects, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.
- Conduct site-based inspections, engineering, and commission services to internal and external projects, maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.
- Develop and implement effective project management strategies, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Provide engineering assessment, design, and documentation of a high level, meeting time, cost, and quality expectations.
- Demonstrate sound judgment and technically accurate and feasible project management, engineering, and consultation solutions with minimal review.
- Contribute to the development of innovative project management and engineering approaches, applying new techniques to drive project success.
- Provide expert consulting, recommending, and advising in specialty project management and engineering areas, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Engineering, or a related field.
- Certifications in Project Management are highly regarded.
- Proven capabilities in Project and Design Management, with end-to-end project delivery experience across multidisciplinary scopes of work.
- High-level written and verbal communication skills, paired with a professional personal presentation.
- Consulting experience with government agencies, such as the Department of Defence, is desirable.
- A strong working knowledge of project management and design software packages, data management systems, and auditing.
- Design Management experience is preferred.
Due to the nature of our projects, the successful candidate must be an Australian Citizen and eligible for Baseline Security Clearance.
