Role Summary
This role requires an experienced IT Business Systems & Data Analyst to manage business systems and management platforms, provide technical support, and work on various IT projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT and technical systems, advanced Excel skills, and prior experience in technical support roles.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Offer daily and ongoing IT technical support to the business.
  2. Resolve daily IT issues and larger IT projects on an ongoing basis.
  3. Implement data analytics, advanced reporting, and data-driven business process improvements.
  4. Work closely with the business to enhance IT processes and identify opportunities for large-scale IT projects.
  5. Serve as the primary point of contact for all IT and technical support-related matters.
  6. Maintain effective communication and build strong relationships with end-users.
  7. Pursue new opportunities for future IT projects and leverage existing data capabilities.

Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you should have a solid understanding of IT and technical systems, proficiency in Excel, and prior experience in technical support positions. Strong communication skills, a passion for technology, and experience with customer support and internal systems are also required.
