We are seeking a skilled Assistant Jewellery Sales Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Shop Manager in daily shop operations and inventory monitoring.
Key Responsibilities:- Sales Support: Assist in selling and promoting jewellery products to customers, ensuring exceptional customer service standards are met.
- Operations Management: Monitor and maintain accurate inventory records, supporting the smooth operation of the shop.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to achieve business objectives and support each other in completing tasks.
- Training and Development: Provide training and feedback to new hires on sales and customer service skills, ensuring they have the necessary tools to succeed.
- A high school education or above is required.
- The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the jewellery retail industry.
- Strong selling and interpersonal skills are essential for success in this role.
- Good communication and written skills in English, Chinese, Cantonese, and Mandarin are required.
- The ability to work Saturdays and Sundays on a rotational roster is also necessary.
