About the Fulfillment Center Operations Role

In this critical leadership position, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team of Section Managers and their direct reports within the Fulfillment Center Operations. Your primary goal will be to continuously improve the efficiency of delivery processes, ensuring that customer orders are delivered as quickly, accurately, and cost-effectively as possible.

  1. Key Responsibilities:
  2. Leading and developing a high-performing team of Operations Section Managers and their direct reports.
  3. Maintaining Health and Safety standards within your remit area, while promoting an inspiring Health and Safety culture on-site.
  4. Developing performance goals and objectives to achieve customer promise expectations and ensure accuracy and quality.
  5. Collaborating with all support teams including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, Human Resources to develop plans to meet business objectives.
  6. Partnering with the management team to establish and maintain quality control standards.
  7. Reviewing work forecasts and determining requirements to produce during the day to meet overall building objectives.
Requirements
  • Working experience in Operations, Supply Chain/Logistics, or a related field is essential.
  • A proven track record of managing sizable teams and motivating others to achieve outstanding results.
  • Demonstrated ability in problem-solving and analytical capabilities: conducting and driving Dive Deep analysis on complex processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, are crucial for success in this role.
