Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking an experienced Senior Software Engineer to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and reliable software systems.

This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet business needs. You will work closely with engineers to break down complex technical problems into actionable tasks and create clarity for delivery squads and stakeholders.

You will also run hands-on experiments with emerging AI/ML and GenAI tooling to design evaluation frameworks, measure outcomes, and provide evidence-based recommendations. Additionally, you will build resilient, reusable components, SDKs, and service integrations that slot into pipelines, IDEs, and developer platforms.

Maintaining high-quality codebases is crucial in this role. You will contribute to architectural discussions, propose improvements, and model engineering standards and best practices. Furthermore, you will mentor junior engineers and uplift AI literacy across squads, contributing to communities of practice.

• Experience in designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and reliable software systems.\
• Knowledge of AI/ML and Generative AI applied to software engineering workflows (e.g., code assistance, test generation, knowledge retrieval, anomaly detection), with an understanding of limitations, risks, and safety considerations.\
• Proficiency in one or more languages such as Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or C#, and experience building microservices on AWS and/or Azure.\
• Cloud experience with AWS and Azure (e.g., Lambda/Functions, Containers/ECS/AKS, S3/Blob, API Gateway, Step Functions/Logic Apps).\
• Data and Observability: SQL, data pipelines, telemetry for engineering productivity and quality metrics.\
• DevSecOps: GitHub/GitLab/Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Terraform (IaC), SAST/DAST/SCA, secrets management.\
• Agile Delivery: ability to review designs and code, set quality bars, and collaborate with stakeholders to solve business-critical problems.\
