Job Summary:
XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced NetApp CVO Storage Administration Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our storage team, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our NetApp CVO storage infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Storage Administration: Manage and maintain NetApp CVO storage infrastructure, including cloud storage (Azure and GCP), Azure NetApp Files, CIFS/NFS migrations, and iSCSI/NFS/CIFS/SAN environments.
- Vendor Engagement: Act as a point of contact and L3 Subject Matter Expert for the Storage tower in front of the customer, responsible for vendor engagement and management.
- Operations Management: Drive day-to-day operations, work plan allocation, and management, conduct periodic reviews with teams, and plan and schedule changes.
- Incident Management: Perform RCA for major incidents related to storage tower quality/security process defined for the engagement, take corrective actions based on customer satisfaction surveys, and drive service improvement programs.
- Quality and Security: Ensure adherence to quality/security standards defined for the engagement, perform trend analysis, identify top few incidents, and work with respective teams/individuals to minimize incidents.
- Team Leadership: Lead a diverse team across shores and deliver contractual SLA & KPI, and participate in business meetings with various stakeholders on a need basis.
Requirements:
- Experience: Hands-on experience in storage administration, cloud storage (Azure and GCP), Azure NetApp Files, CIFS/NFS migrations, and iSCSI/NFS/CIFS/SAN environments.
- Skills: Strong ITIL working knowledge, agile delivery, and experience with tools like JIRA, MIRO, Kanban, Confluence, ServiceNow, MS Office, and Google Workspace.
