Consultant Obstetrician And Gynaecologist Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist to join our healthcare team. This is a key role that requires high-quality clinical services, leadership skills, and a passion for teaching and research.

Job Description:

The successful candidate will provide exceptional clinical services in Obstetrics and Gynaecology, lead multidisciplinary teams, mentor and teach medical trainees, interns, and students, participate in clinical audits, quality improvement, and research activities, and contribute to continuous education and professional development.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor of Medicine; Bachelor of Surgery (MBBS) or equivalent
  • Appropriate Specialist Qualifications and registerable with the Medical Board of Australia as Medical Practitioner with Specialist registration
  • Proven commitment to Obstetrics and Gynaecology and teaching
  • Strong clinical, research, and quality improvement experience
