We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our claims processing team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and support the performance of your team, ensuring they meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Create a positive team culture that focuses on delivering exceptional customer outcomes
  • Oversee workflow queues and resourcing to ensure service level agreements are met and business requirements are fulfilled
  • IDentify process inefficiencies and develop data-driven solutions for operational improvements and automation
  • Provide clear direction, feedback, and development opportunities to build capability and engagement within your team
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams such as quality, compliance, process design, and external stakeholders including providers and government bodies
  • Analyse data and reporting to identify performance trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in leading large operational teams in complex environments—preferably within health insurance, financial services, or banking
  • Able to drive high performance through effective coaching and leadership
  • Strong understanding of operational management, including resource planning, performance tracking, and workflow optimisation
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative leadership style
  • Experience in navigating regulatory and compliance frameworks
  • Able to prioritise and adapt in a fast-paced, evolving environment
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, both internal and external
