We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team at Marble. As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our financial processes.
Key Responsibilities- Receiving and processing of invoices
- Matching invoices to authorizing purchase orders and proof of receipt
- Obtaining payment approvals for invoices
- Entering all supplier invoices into the financial software
- Preparing analyses of accounts and producing monthly reports
- Issuing notices to suppliers regarding rejected invoices
- Demonstrated Accounts Payable and Administrative experience within a building, property development or construction environment
- Relevant qualifications in Business Administration or similar discipline (desirable)
- Knowledge of Databuild (preferred)
- Knowledge of OnSite Companion (preferred)
