Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused Accounts Payable Officer to join our team at NTI. As an essential member of the payments team, you will work collaboratively across the Finance & Governance Department and the wider organisation to ensure NTI's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Process supplier invoices, coding to account codes and cost centres
- Attend to Accounts Payable queries promptly and professionally
- Prepare daily payment batches
- Complete monthly supplier statement reconciliations
- Complete general processing including Visa transactions
About You
We are looking for someone with a basic understanding of how an AP function operates and who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and high-volume environment. You will be a natural problem solver and an effective relationship builder, with a keen eye for detail and a strong work ethic.
