**Job Summary**

Engineering Networks Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Electrical Service Manager to lead our team of electricians and apprentices. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of electrical services to our customers, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations, and driving business growth.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • **Team Leadership**: Supervise and mentor a team of electricians and apprentices to ensure high-quality work and excellent customer service.
  • **Service Delivery**: Manage the delivery of electrical services, including installation, maintenance, and repair, to meet customer needs and expectations.
  • **Compliance**: Ensure compliance with electrical codes, permits, policies, procedures, and industry best practices.
  • **Customer Relationships**: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive business growth and retention.
  • **Operations Management**: Schedule and plan works, including procurement of materials and equipment, to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  • **Reporting**: Prepare accurate reports on routine troubleshooting and fault finding, and provide insights to improve business performance.

**Requirements:**

  • **Unrestricted QLD Electrical Licence**
  • **Experience in Domestic, Commercial, and Industrial industries**
  • **Broad knowledge of electrical applications, including fault finding, maintenance, and installation**
  • **In-depth knowledge of electrical standards, codes, and legislation**
  • **Demonstrated experience managing and mentoring a team of electricians and apprentices**
  • **Solid computer skills and experience in generating reports**
  • **Excellent communication, enthusiastic, and positive attitude**
  • **Good commercial acumen and willingness to play a key role in driving the business forward**
  • **Unrestricted QLD driving licence**
