Job Description:

As a skilled Baker, you will be responsible for producing high-quality baked goods to meet customer demands. Your expertise in product preparation and baking will ensure that our customers receive exceptional service.

The ideal candidate will have a Certificate IV or equivalent qualification in baking and at least two years of post-qualification experience. Strong communication and time management skills are essential for success in this role.

You will work collaboratively with the Store owner to manage stock control and production expenses, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and baking products to meet customer expectations
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the bakery
  • Supervising staff and managing inventory
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The successful candidate will possess:

  • Demonstrated passion for baking
  • Relevant Certificate IV or equivalent qualification
  • At least two years of post-qualification experience
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced/flexible environment
  • Unrestricted Australian working rights
