We are seeking a dedicated care professional to provide support and assistance to individuals in need.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist individuals with disabilities in achieving independence through personalized care and support.
  • Support elderly individuals in maintaining their overall well-being.
  • Provide personal care tasks, including bathing, grooming, and companionship.
  • Assist with household chores and engaging activities.
  • Monitor health and collaborate with healthcare professionals and family members.
  • Provide safe and comfortable transportation for clients.
  • Accompany clients for grocery shopping and errands.

Required Qualifications:

  • Certificate III in Individual Care or Certificate IV in Ageing Support.
  • Experience in providing care for aged care or disability clients.
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Valid National Police Check.
  • Updated First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Card/Orientation Module.

Preferred Skills:

  • Familiarity with person-centered care principles and safety regulations.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Compassionate, patient, and empathetic attitude.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Physical stamina for lifting, bending, and manual tasks.
