Job Description:

Delivering a premium shopping experience for customers during the seasonal Christmas period is crucial. As a Seasonal Retail Team Member, you will be an integral part of our team at City Beach. Your primary objective will be to provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that every customer feels valued and supported throughout their shopping experience.

Maintaining a clean and organized store environment is essential. This includes tasks such as stock management, filing, and tidying the shopfloor. To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a strong focus on customer service, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

A key responsibility of this role is providing superior customer service to each person who walks through our store. This involves maintaining high standards of store presentation, demonstrating strong product knowledge, and recommending products based on customer needs or desires.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service
