The hotel features 408 well-appointed rooms, along with a variety of dining options, including The Restaurant, Blvd Cafe and Bar, pool bar, and in-room dining. We provide a relaxed, family-friendly environment, with a heated outdoor swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball and netball court, BBQ area, gym, and kids' corner. For conferencing and events guests, we have 6 modern function rooms available, accommodating up to 500 delegates.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Kitchen Attendant to support the day-to-day operation of our kitchen. Key responsibilities include:

  • Supporting the preparation and presentation of food and beverages
  • Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and sanitation throughout the kitchen
  • Assisting chefs with food preparation as required
  • Recycling and removal of rubbish
  • Adhering to all sanitation and chemical use guidelines
  • Following and adhering to all HACCAP hygiene, ALLSafe, and WHS requirements
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Previous experience in a similar fast-paced environment
  • Great energy and a positive attitude
  • Good time management skills and a willingness to learn
  • Ability to multitask and work effectively in a team environment
  • Professional, well-groomed appearance and a commitment to presentation
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and public holidays
