About the Role
The Primary Care Mental Health AOD Clinician plays a crucial role in providing primary-level assessment, treatment, and recovery-based interventions to young people experiencing mental health difficulties at the Cherry Creek Youth Justice Center. This includes harm reduction services and education, referrals to allied and mental health services, and linkages with community-based services upon discharge.
You will work closely with a supportive team to provide holistic care, ensuring the best possible outcomes for the young people in our care. Your expertise will contribute to trauma-informed care, recovery-oriented care, and contemporary mental health and AOD trends.
