Key Responsibilities
  1. Operational Management: Assist in managing daily operations of the shopping centre, including maintenance, security, and customer service.
  2. Team Supervision: Supervise and support the operations team, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations.
  3. Facilities Management: Ensure the shopping centre is clean, safe, and well-maintained, coordinating with contractors and service providers as needed.
  4. Customer Service: Address and resolve customer inquiries, complaints, and issues, providing exceptional service and support.
  5. Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements, conducting regular inspections and implementing safety protocols.
  6. Event Planning: Support the planning and execution of in-centre events and promotions, working closely with the marketing team to drive foot traffic and enhance customer engagement.
Requirements
  1. Experience: Proven experience in a similar shopping centre operations role is highly beneficial. Previous experience in retail or facility management is also desirable.
  2. Organisational Skills: Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  3. Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  4. Contractor Management: You will be in charge of contractor management and an important member of the tenancy delivery team.
  5. Problem-Solving: Ability to identify issues and implement solutions promptly, with strong attention to detail.
  6. Compliance and Risk Management: Experience with risk management, emergency response protocols, and compliance will also be highly valued.
