About Principal Health Specialist

Main Responsibilities

  • Project manage risk and data-led proactive health and wellbeing programs
  • Manage health, hygiene, and wellbeing risk through effective control ownership, design, and performance
About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Bachelor's degree in a health-related discipline - ideally with APHRA or ESSA registration – OHS, occupational therapy, physiotherapy, psychology, human movements, ergonomics, human factors
  • Minimum of five years' experience working in a large complex environment ideally within mining or heavy industry
  • Effective project management skills (strong verbal and written communication skills) are essential, with the capability to effectively engage and coach at all levels of the organisation
