As a Rostering Coordinator at VMCH, you will play a key part in managing and optimizing our client service delivery. Your key responsibilities include creating and maintaining effective rosters, coordinating support worker schedules, and handling unallocated shifts in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement efficient rostering systems to ensure seamless client service delivery.
- Coordinate support worker schedules to meet client needs and organizational requirements.
- Manage unallocated shifts and ensure timely communication with support workers.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry and maintaining enquiry registers.
- Assist support workers with client queries and manage customer service requests.
- Adhere to risk management and quality standards to ensure high-quality client care.
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Rostering Coordinator who possesses:
- Strong experience with rostering software applications.
- Previous experience in the Aged and Community Care sector.
- Proven ability to efficiently manage client schedules.
- High-level interpersonal skills and effective communication with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Commitment to exceptional customer service and excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Well-developed organizational skills, with a strong capacity to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Attention to detail and accuracy are crucial, as is the ability to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
