Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused professional to lead our Food & Beverage and Gaming operations as a Clubhouse Operations Manager. The ideal candidate will possess well-developed leadership, team building, and communication skills.

The successful applicant will oversee the club's Food, Beverage, Gaming, and Functions operations, ensuring service targets are met. They will also be responsible for mentoring, supervising, and training staff in the Bar, Catering (FOH), and Gaming business divisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise clubhouse operations and assist in developing and formulating strategies to achieve objectives.
  • Work closely with senior management to ensure day-to-day operations align with financial frameworks and policies.
  • Establish strong relationships across all areas of the club and promote a culture of excellent customer service.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in hospitality operations, preferably in a club environment.
  • Current Driver's Licence and RSA and ARCG certifications.
  • Knowledge of the Registered and Licensed Clubs Award is highly desirable.
