Asset Management Professional

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, analyse and consolidate property and financial data for asset management reports.
- Provide regular updates and reports on the financial and operating performance of assets.
- Support with financial modelling and feasibility analytics as required.
- Compile property-related statistics (capex and opex cost analysis, cash flow analysis).
- Monitor asset performance and identify opportunities to enhance portfolio returns and reduce costs.
- Improve and implement business processes related to financial performance and analysis of owned assets.
- Provide ad hoc research support and assist the Operations team.
- Prepare reports, presentations and updates related to asset management for internal stakeholders.
Requirements
- Tertiary qualifications in Property or a related field.
- At least 3 years' experience in property analysis or similar roles.
- Strong analytical skills and an interest in asset management.
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel and MS-Project).
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
