Aeromedical Team Leader Role Summary:
This senior role involves leading a team of frontline paramedics and patient transport teams in delivering primary health care services to rural, regional, and remote communities across South Australia and the Northern Territory.
The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in team leadership, high-level clinical decision-making, and problem-solving skills. They will also possess a sound understanding of workplace health and safety and clinical governance frameworks.
Main Responsibilities include planning, coordinating, and optimizing daily road ambulance operations, managing assets and resources, and assisting in the development and evaluation of clinical training programs within an educational framework.
As a qualified Paramedic with minimum five years' experience post-qualification, you will maintain active clinical practice through scheduled shifts while supporting the growth and development of the team.
