Customer Experience Advocate

We're looking for a skilled Customer Experience Advocate to join our team. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for supporting our partners with using our product and helping them grow their wellness businesses.
You'll represent the voice of our partners internally and provide speedy, friendly responses via chat or email. You'll also go above and beyond in creating a magical experience for our customers by hopping on Zoom calls to walk through their inquiries.
In this role, you'll troubleshoot and problem-solve quickly to deliver fast responses. You'll turn grumpy folks into our biggest fans using empathy, transparency, and de-escalation.
Becoming an expert on all things Arketa is essential in this role, including learning new tools and keeping our customers educated.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support partners with using our product and growing their wellness businesses.
