Occupational Health Nurse Role:
About the Position:This role offers a unique blend of clinical and advisory work, ideal for professionals passionate about delivering high-standard care in line with current legislation and best practices.
- Deliver occupational health services including routine medicals, safety-critical assessments, and substance misuse screening
- Conduct health surveillance assessments as required
- Maintain professional and clinical standards in accordance with NMC guidelines and industry procedures
- Ensure accurate and confidential patient records are maintained in accordance with clinical best practice
- Liaise with HR teams to support sickness absence management
- Advise clients on health and wellbeing strategies, contributing to the development of organisational policies
- Promote company services through professional service delivery and awareness of new initiatives
- Provide case management both face-to-face and remotely
- Assist administrative teams with data input and related tasks as needed
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified and registered nurse with the NMC
- Minimum 2 years' experience in Occupational Health
- Proven case management capabilities both face-to-face and remotely
- Strong organisational, interpersonal, and communication skills
- Ability to maintain high standards of confidentiality and professionalism
- Proficient in IT systems including Microsoft Office
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
