Senior Field Services Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced technician to join our team as a Senior Field Services Engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and services to our business imaging customers.

You will be required to travel to customer sites to install and maintain hardware and software, resolve technical issues, and perform other tasks as requested by your supervisor or task management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide pre and post sales customer service and support to Canon's business imaging customers.
  • Maintain and upgrade printer fleets in line with established call approach.
  • Carry out other tasks as requested by Supervisor, Support Specialist or Task Management.
  • Effectively meet and exceed customer needs, building productive relationships with Canon customers.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A valid driver's license.
  • Experience as a printer or photocopier technician with exposure to repairing both hardware and software issues in the field.
  • An exceptional representative who can provide outstanding customer service and support.
  • A strong understanding of current technologies and training, including technical and workplace compliance.
