About the Role:
As an Educator at Goodstart Shell Cove, you will be part of a collaborative team that prioritizes meaningful experiences for children. The successful candidate will have a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
Your Impact:
As an Educator, you will work closely with the Senior Educators and Educational Leader to continuously improve educational programs. You will prioritize child safety, ensuring all experiences are inclusive and responsive to the needs of all children.

Requirements:
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
- Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards
