About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled individual to join our food services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, plating and distributing patient meals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and present high-quality meals for patients
  • Provide meal and beverage service to wards and patients
  • Basic food preparation including heating and plating of meals
  • Maintain a clean and safe environment, including use of industrial dishwasher

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A current Food Handlers Certificate (Health HLTFS207C)
  • The ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently as required
  • Knowledge of food safety and hygiene requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
