  • Key responsibilities include:
  1. Following up inbound leads to identify new business opportunities and close sales by establishing strong relationships with clients, negotiating agreements and preparing quotes based on thorough product knowledge.
  2. Inbound and outbound sales, building lasting relationships with clients, preparing quotes and delivering exceptional customer service.
  3. Collaborating with the team to meet targets and deadlines through effective communication, problem-solving and time management skills.
The Skills Required

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal to effectively interact with internal stakeholders and external clients.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meeting deadlines and KPIs/targets while maintaining a resilient attitude and adapting to changing priorities.
  • Excellent negotiation skills to secure deals and build trust with clients.
