Academic Faculty Member

We are seeking a highly skilled Academic Faculty Member to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative teaching and learning strategies to meet the diverse needs of learners.
You will also be responsible for developing high-quality teaching resources and assessment materials, and teaching in a range of agreed units, subjects, and courses in various learning modes and across different locations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education and training, with experience in designing and delivering engaging and inclusive learning experiences. You will be able to work effectively in a dynamic and supportive environment, and have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Skills and Qualifications- Approved degree, diploma, or certificate in a relevant vocational area, or approved equivalent qualifications;
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE 40122 or TAE40116 or TAE40110) or its successor;
- Current licenses necessary to practice, or registration and/or membership of a relevant industry association where applicable;
