**Inbound Logistics Specialist**

The Inbound Logistics team plays a vital role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials into our organization.

We are seeking a skilled Planner Inbound to oversee inbound logistics operations, focusing on import-related tasks, certificate of origin checks, HS code classification, and freight & goods invoices validation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Managing POs, air freight registers, and collating reports in various inbound areas.
  • Liaising with suppliers and internal teams to meet required delivery dates and maintain market-leading customer service standards.
  • Tracking and reporting on critical metrics to optimize inbound processes.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Business, Accounting, or Commerce (Supply Chain & Logistics studies advantageous).
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Excel and other MS Office suite applications.
  • Familiarity with SAP and Power BI tools is highly regarded.
  • Excellent English language skills at business level.
