About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Trade Service Centre Manager to join our team in Yatala. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for coordinating our local trade service centre's activities to achieve our national service centre retail strategy.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing and developing high-performing teams to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business results.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish and implement key performance measures and targets to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the local trade market and identify opportunities to promote new products and services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Leverage your leadership skills to motivate and develop employees to deliver outstanding customer service and achieve business objectives.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualification or equivalent work experience in a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in trade/wholesale sales in a building materials/accessories environment.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to lead high-performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically and drive business growth.
