About the Role

Arup is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our multidisciplinary cohort, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing electrical systems across diverse projects from Healthcare to Data Centres.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop innovative and sustainable electrical solutions for buildings.
  • Ensure the quality and accuracy of individual work, taking accountability for defined parts of design projects.
  • Represent the team at internal meetings and occasionally organize events or activities.
  • Participate in research, data analysis, and fact-checking processes to support accurate reporting.
  • Collaborate with the team to assist in designing electrical systems for buildings and preparing technical drawings and documentation for engineering and construction projects.
Requirements
  • Recognized relevant tertiary qualifications in Electrical Engineering or a similar area.
  • Relevant MEP Building Services experience within a consulting business environment.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, ETAP design software, and energy modeling tools.
  • Proven ability to uphold high standards in work, reviewing all aspects meticulously for accuracy and completeness.
  • Ability to strategically tackle challenges, embrace change with resilience, and foster a creative approach to problem-solving.
